Site work and foundationGrading, excavation, utilities, and the foundation your home sits on.
Framing and dry-inWalls, roof, windows, and doors, until the structure is closed to the weather.
Systems and inspectionsPlumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-in, inspected before walls close.
Interior and exterior finishesDrywall, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, paint, and exterior finishes.
