Property inspection
$175 per unit
Move-in, move-out, periodic, and annual inspections with a photo-documented report. Included or discounted with the Property Managers Plan.
Commercial inspection
$1,200 starting, by quote
Structure, systems, and code compliance, with a contractor-grade repair cost analysis you can use in due diligence and negotiations.
